TOCADA Sterling will provide you with complete construction drawings, material specifications, weekly progress meetings and computerized cost analysis. When construction management is requested you will purchase all materials at contractors cost and a construction supervisor will be assigned to your project so that scheduling and construction quality are tightly controlled.
